What cities have the best mental health care systems?

I know what the state ranks are, but are there any cities that stand out for outstanding mental healthcare?

1. I would think that the big cities have the best care, but no matter where you live if that is what you need, check out what is available, there are caring experts everywhere, you just have to find out for yourself.
2. Mayo clinic has the best and outstanding everything and it's located in Rochester Minnesota.

Cities with high numbers of mentally compromised people are the cities that stand out simply because over the years, they've had to succomb to increasing rates of mentally instable people, so they've had to tailor the system to meet the needs of millions of people. When you realize the system is broken, you fix it...and each time you fix it, it gets better.
