Which is the bigger issue - poor health systems or drug prices?
Some people argue that prevention is more important in fighting HIV/AIDS in the long run, such as programs that will educate the population and that poor health systems is the main problem. Others argue that the drug pricing issue must be dealt with first because people all over the world, especially in Africa need urgent care now.

- Poor health systems is the problem cuz if had better health systems more people could be healthy and stay healthy and u wouldnt have to worry about buying a drug for an illness or disease.
- A better health care system would reduce the need for the expensive drugs. Preventive care, and catching a disease early is very important. But the cost of drugs needed to treat disease is certainly a big problem. Even for me, and my needs are simple. I vote for a better health care system as more important, but the other is not far behind.
