essay on health systems of the U.S and Canada?

I need to write a essay comparing and contrasting the healthcare systems of the U.S. and Canada. I can't find any info on it so someone give me some ideas. websites with charts of the availibility and cost will be good. also things like the ease of access and how well it works compared to the rest of the world or each other. try not to get 300 page reports from WHO or something. its to much info and won't fit. i have one day left. this was sort of a last resort
