What is the difference between a "regional medical center" and a "regional health system?"
Is there any discernable difference in public opinion or accreditation between a "regional medical center" and a "regional health system?"

- I would think a Center is where the doctors are all in one complex or building. Where a system is a network of doctors and specialists across several facilities and hospitals.
- They are both one in the same. REgional medical Center has an emergency room and the Health Center is mostly doctor's offices and such. Choose wisely and always get a second opinion when looking for a surgeon!!!!!!!
- I would say a regional medical center is referring to a single physical location where medical services are provided, but a regional health system would include all medical service providers in a region.
