1. That question was brought up on Law and Order. A very touchy subject! This kid was knowingly infecting his sex partners with the virus, and the Prosecution said it was murder by AIDS!! They say, if someones name is brought up in a court of law, the AIDS infected population would go underground! If these people had any concern for their fellow man, if I found out I had AIDS, I would definately contact any of MY sexual partners! If you don't, it will keep on spreading whereas nobody would be safe anymore!
