Does a community have more of a responsibility to the health of its own community or the GLOBAL community?
It seems we have huge efforts helping people abroad (globally) when there are local people who need our resources just as much. What are your opinions? Why should local community health be more important than global health? All opinions are welcome.

- In an ideal world a community has more responsibility to the health of the global community but in real life the health of it's own community takes precedence. Ultimately, for the global community to come first all parties must agree to consume only the resources that they require, however, all it takes is one states to ruin this system and cause all states go back to hording an over consuming. It's all or nothing, we need a consensus to put the global community first and no one states it willing to take that risk of putting the global community first.
