What does "Genesys" mean? I think it's an educational term?

My son is going for an assessment at the college he will be attending in Sept. and the letter says ".......it will not include "Genesys at this stage". I can't find it in the dictonary or in word etc?

2. Look on Google, There are several references to Genesys study centres and courses. Whether your answer is there or not I don't know.My first reaction was that it was a misspelling of genesis, but it is unlikely they would misspell in their correspondence.
3. I have found various possible answers, and they vary from companies dealing with genetics to programs designed to produce textual representation of graphs. Not knowing what your son's chosen degree is, I don't know if I can sufficiently narrow it down from there.
