Is there a website that has links to free or affordable mental health clinics?

- normally you have to get a referral from your GP to get in the loop, but for some you don't. Try contacting your local 'Mind' charity, some of them are open access and if they're not they often have groups that you can attend (i.e. Hearing Voices group) without being registered at the centre. This is info for the U.K. Email me if you have more detailed questions. Just re-read your question...! I'm not sure whether the websites I know have links to specific centres, but try SANE and 'Mad not Bad' websites.
- Hi, Here's one that gives out national referrals. If you can't find one on the list, try calling the hotline and seeing if they can help you out further. I'm not sure where you live, or I could give you specific numbers for places. Scroll down the page for numbers: http://teenlineonline.org/teens/youth-yellow-pages/counseling If you can't find anything there, check out the rest of the topics here... Scroll down the page and there is a list of resources on the left, depending what you need help with (click on the topic for info, like alcohol, eating disorders, etc.): http://teenlineonline.org/teens/youth-yellow-pages If you still can't find anything, call the hotline at (800) 852-8336 between 6 PM and 10 PM PST. They will give you free, confidential and anonymous referrals. Good luck!
