anybody know of any free women's health clinics in laredo?

i don't even necessarily need free... like, reduced is good, too. i thought i found it, but when i called they said they weren't free and they probably wouldn't be taking new patients till september... but i need birth control asap. so... does anybody know if there IS a free/reduced women's health clinic in laredo, offering birth control and pregnancy testing?
