What are the benefits of working at a free health clinic as a doctor?

I was wondering if anyone knows what the benefits of working at a free health clinic were? Salary and benefit wise

Your doing a greater good for the people the community. some people cant afford the cost of doctor bills and free clinic understand that. you well come out on top with experience. which in the long run will help with a better salary because of the experience you gain while work at a free clinic swingKing
2. You work without pay. You do not go into medicine just for money. ( at least you should not) . The benefit is the feelilng you get from helping another person. Too, many practices are actually run by some administrator at an HMO that knows very little about medicine. In the free clinic, you can actually take your time and do a better job- like you were trained to do.
