Can free needles from health clinics be used for legitimate medicinal purposes?

Or must they be used only for hallucenogenic drug injection??

1. What do you want to inject in yourself ? If it's legal, let the doctor do it. Otherwise... your risk :)
2. Diabetics could use them I haveto pay for mine, as a diabetic, that would decrease my expenses
